Questions
Common questions
What kind of stores do you buy?
Established Shopify stores that sell consumer products and have a real sales history. We focus on stores selling to customers in the United States and France, and we consider stores that are trading today as well as stores that have been paused.
What is included in the sale?
The Shopify store. Everything that transfers with it, such as the domain name, is listed in the purchase agreement. Your company, bank accounts, social media profiles and remaining stock are not part of the sale unless we agree otherwise.
How do you decide the price?
Each offer is based on the store itself: its sales history, its products, the state of the storefront and the work needed to grow it.
What does it cost me?
We charge no listing fee and no commission. The only cost is the Escrow.com fee, which we share equally with you.
How am I paid?
Through Escrow.com. After the purchase agreement is signed, we deposit the full price in escrow. You transfer the store, and Escrow.com releases the payment to you once the transfer is confirmed.
How long does it take?
We reply within two business days. Once the agreement is signed, most sales complete in about a week.
Ready to hand over your store?
Tell us about it. We reply within two business days, and sending it commits you to nothing.
